Welcome to Eco-Explorer Camp! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ecoexplorercamp.com and your participation in Eco-Explorer Camp 2025.
About Eco-Explorer Camp
Eco-Explorer Camp is a program operated and licensed under Let’s Create, Inc. (also known as Let’s Create Children’s Art Studio).
The website (ecoexplorercamp.com) and certain administrative functions, including enrollment processing, are operated by Focus On It, LLC on behalf of the camp organizers.
By registering for camp or using this website, you agree to the following terms:
Enrollment & Payment

Camp tuition is $1,900 per camper, payable in full at the time of registration.

A limited number of spots are available. Enrollment is secured only upon successful payment.

Tuition includes lodging, meals, activities, supplies, and camp keepsakes.

Optional add-ons (such as the Miss-You Kit) may be selected during registration for an additional fee.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before June 1, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after June 1, 2025.

If Eco-Explorer Camp must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, regulatory changes), full refunds will be issued.
Camp Policies

A detailed Camp Handbook will be provided after registration, outlining behavior expectations, packing lists, medical forms, and safety protocols.

Attendance requires submission of all necessary health and permission forms by the deadlines provided.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Eco-Explorer Camp activities involves inherent risks associated with outdoor adventures, physical activities, and group settings.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Let’s Create, Inc., Focus On It, LLC, and their staff, contractors, and partners from any claims arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Privacy
Your information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your Privacy Policy page).
We take data protection seriously and will never sell or share your personal information outside of our trusted partners necessary for delivering camp services.
